About the opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional to join a growing Melbourne brokerage.

You’ll manage an established commercial portfolio while helping grow an exciting offering within the architecture sector.

You’ll have Assistant Account Manager support from day one, with the opportunity to take on larger, more complex portfolios and broader responsibilities as the business grows.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and develop an established commercial insurance portfolio.

  • Build strong client relationships and provide quality insurance advice.

  • Work with architecture clients across Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.

  • Help grow the architecture portfolio and strengthen client relationships.

  • Work closely with insurers and underwriting partners.

  • Provide technically sound advice across more complex coverage matters.

About you

You could be an experienced Account Manager or commercial broker looking for your next opportunity, or an experienced underwriter with strong PI and PL knowledge interested in moving into broking.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong commercial insurance experience.

  • Sound PI and PL technical knowledge.

  • Confidence working with sophisticated commercial clients.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Good attention to detail and a genuine team mentality.

Experience across architects, construction, professional services or specialist insurance would be valuable, but finding the right person is more important than ticking every box.
