With 10+ years across executive search and high-volume recruitment in consulting and corporate settings, I've learned that great hiring is less about ticking boxes and more about understanding people. I've got a PGDipPsych, which means I'm always curious about what drives someone. I use this to help organisations find and hire people who genuinely fit, not just on paper, but in how they think, work and show up.

I love partnering with stakeholders, running hiring projects end-to-end, and staying calm even when things move fast. Most of my placements come through connections, referrals and direct conversations, I keep in touch and love making the connection between my network and clients.
